Hi all,
Could anyone recommend any good romantic restaurants with a view for my fiancée’s birthday dinner in Tokyo. So far we been to Fish bank, New York Grill, Two rooms in past couple of years.
We both like restaurants which have a buffet system.
Budget is 20-25k JPY for both.
