Pretty much the title. First time in Okinawa, are there any idiot dogs / other problems on trails (or other running routes)?

* I live in Thailand, pretty much every trail has some farmhouse (shed) along the route with (almost always) aggressive dogs that bark, worst case bite (which equals 5 trips to the hospital for rabies shots). I.e. trails ain’t fun in Thailand.
