Two months ago I bought a second bike because I had my SO visiting for an extended period. I bought it second hand and the owner also gave me the registration slip I should take to a bicycle shop to register it to my name.
However, I was stupid enough to forget about it for two months only to now discover that I have lost the registration slip.
How can I still register the bike to my name? Do I need to get the original owner involved?
