1. I think so, for the summer anyway.

   For the first time in years I am genuinely invested in a BC story. Jay is riding high now and I think will take the title into WK, but with HoT, Kenta, Hikuleo, ELP moving to heavyweight, there are a lot of potentially frayed edges waiting to be pulled. Plus, guys like Anderson, Fale, Chase, they are the real heart of BC because they’ll turn on anyone to keep their place. The story of the downfall could be incredible

2. If CM Punk didn’t get hurt, we could have had the Summer of Punk in AEW and a Summer of Bullet Club in New Japan.

3. The rise if beautiful, BC has been so interesting lately, and I assume this summer we will see plenty of fighting amongst members and if that means they will throw a few people off, good, HoT first of course.

   The eventual fall is also going to be fantastic, Jay’s ego is through the fucking roof, you know eventually, something, is gonna happen.

   But until then, we will breathe

4. Jay thinks he can do it on his own, but we already saw Gedo doesn’t think he can, and needs to help Jay without Jay asking for it. That’s an interesting little thing we saw play out today at the start of the match…

9. This came as a complete shock to me. I thought Okada would have a longer reign to really establish this new belt, but I’ll never complain about Switchblade getting another reign. Dude is incredible, and has been for years now.
