King and sockeye were my favorite. Sockeye especially was incredibly lean yet flavorful. Almost like akami (lean bluefin tuna). Coho was pretty identical to farmed imo, although I don’t think it was the springtime Chinook variety. King salmon was also delicious
This is frozen to -20F on the boat for 3 days ensuring safety even though it is wild caught
Final thoughts: is it worth the price tag? I think it’s up to you.
