Phone model: Realme Q2 (domestic – not global rom)
I just moved to Japan a month ago. Got my Rakuten sim card online but the experience with reception and 5G is horrible so far. First the reception drops every 10 minutes even though I’m at big cities in Tokyo, and I can’t make any phone call (calls always end right after dialing). I swapped my sim card with my colleague and his reception was good and stable. I thought it may be due to some compatibly issues but when I checked [gajeota](https://gajeota.com/device/realme-q2) I see my phone model supports Rakuten Mobile just fine. Does anyone have the same issue?
