Coincheck sending rate too expensive @ 0.001 BTC. Cheaper options available?

Coincheck (Japan) charges a flat rate of 0.001 BTC (currently about ¥6000) to send BTC.

That is just too expensive.

Does anyone know of a workaround for this of even a different company that has more reasonable rates?
