Flying into HND then to CTS with a 2.5 hour layover. Is this enough?

I’m landing at HND at 230pm, I’m looking at a flight to CTS at 5pm. Booking separately, so would have to go through immigration, get luggage, recheck it, and goto domestic terminal. Is 2.5 hours enough?
