Two families, two toddlers. Leaving soon for 14 days, would love your feedback!

Thanks for checking my itinerary! Love the feedback people give on this subreddit and would love thoughts on my plans.

We’ll be four adults and two toddlers total. Would love any and all feedback especially any related to traveling with toddlers.

Most days are not overly specific. More just a broad sense of what we’d like to accomplish on particular days. I’ve got plenty of bookmarks for places to eat in each area with lots of options ranging from Family Restaurants like Denny’s or Saizeriya to some more local places with hopefully more spacious accommodations for toddlers. Feel like taking toddlers into a bar seating only establishment might be too challenging for ourselves and the restaurant staff. Maybe this is wrong?

When informing restaurants of the number of people, do we say six people or four adults and two toddlers? Is it necessary to specify?

**day 1**

* Arrive Haneda from the US
* Taxi to airbnb, stay in the area and take it easy. Would normally take the train, but with the toddlers and luggage feel the taxi will be worth the higher cost for convenience.

**day 2**

* Ikebukuro – Sunshine City, Tobu Dept Store
* Shinjuku – Shin-Okubo and Tokyu Hands

**day 3**

* I know this day could be a little dicey with the two reservations, but should have ample time between the two ticketed items.
* teamLab Borderless – have purchased tickets already
* Shibuya Sky – bought tickets already too
* Omotesando as time allows

**day 4**

* Asakusa – walking around shopping and eating at random places
* Kappabashi street – shopping for various kitchenware and gifts for family
* Skytree if there’s time

**day 5**

* Kamakura or maybe Yokohama – Anpan Museum sounds fun, but no one is familiar with the character or series. Cup Noodle museum also sounds neat, but not sure if it’s worth going to Yokohama for. Thinking maybe we just go to Kamakura and explore around the area for a more relaxing day.

**day 6**

* Disneyland

**day 7**

* Travel to Osaka to second Airbnb. Mostly hang out near Airbnb and explore.

**day 8**

* Universal Studios Japan

**day 9**

* Nara – Thinking of renting bicycles with child seats. Go for a casual ride around the area. Not sure if this is sketchy given the deer.

**day 10**

* Kyoto – Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka area. Maybe spend time in central Kyoto as well.

**day 11**

* Kids Plaza Osaka
* Explore more of Osaka

**day 12**

* Back to Tokyo, check into hotel, explore area near hotel

**day 13**

* Ueno – Considering the zoo in the morning.
* Ginza – Mostly a shopping day. GU, loft, MUJI, Itoya, etc.

**day 14**

* Evening flight out of Haneda. Last chance to catch up on anything we want to redo or squeeze in.

What do you think? Does this seem too ambitious? Are there any must visit places I should include?

Thank you!
