Does anyone know what the white fish is?


Used to get sushi often when I lived in the US. Usually just ordered “sushi deluxe” at my local, always loved the white fish but stupidly never found out what it was. It was very smooth and mild tasting, didn’t seem to have a layered texture like a salmon or tuna? Now live in the UK and have no idea what to ask for. Apologies for the picture quality and I have no idea if my description is any help, but thanks in advance!
