Hello, Solo traveler (31F) here! I’m in Kyoto for the New Years, and I wanted to see this new years eve event happening on Dec 31, 2023 at the Yasaka Shrine.
I don’t speak Japanese, I’m not too brave to do this alone 🥲. Anyone out there who likes the idea of watching it together? Any locals, fellow solo travelers?
It’ll end at 5am which I know is veery long… but I think it’s still quite an experience/immersion.
