Wise help

Hello group. I have a question.

I made a transfer through Wise but I made a mistake when filling in the account number. I put my mom’s account number instead of mine.

The money has not arrived in either account and I am a bit worried. In Wise it appears as delivered two days ago, I have talked to them but they do not give me more details.

Maybe someone who has gone through the same thing can tell me their experience?
