I am moving to Japan for a few months in March, and I’ve been having some trouble finding housing, until I came across this place: [https://www.social-apartment.com/eng/builds/tokyo/kita-ku/view/63](https://www.social-apartment.com/eng/builds/tokyo/kita-ku/view/63). However, from what I can see online, there aren’t many reviews or experiences with this building, or any other similar ones. It’s kind of like a share-house, but you do have your own toilet and shower. Are they asking too much at \~¥100.000 a month? I tried looking for a studio / apartment, but I had a hard time finding anything that is short term and available from march.
Please let me know if you have any experience with buildings like this!
