[Itinerary Review] Finally have a pretty complete itinerary, could use some more eyes

Hello all, this is the itinerary for my wife and I’s honeymoon trip this upcoming May. Some things we are wondering is:

* are we overlooking any sights in areas we will already be?
* What things on our list are overrated?
* Based on where we are going and doing, how much around would you budget each day?
* Anyone whose done Homestay, was it worth it?
* Any other recommendations/critiques
