It’s going to depend very specifically on what property you will be living in and what services are available to that property, especially if it is rented where you might be restricted to whatever is already installed/available.
First you need to figure out:
Which companies/service providers can actually service you
What kind of service they provide
This varies on a literal building by building basis, not really a ward by ward basis. For example, my place only gets KDDI, so I went with AU/UQ and ended up with BIGLOBE fibre through them.
