I’m looking for a Japanese novel for my mum for Xmas. She reads allot, one of her favourite authors is Ishiguruo. She recently told me there was something special about Japanese writing in that they don’t explicitly tell you what is going on you could be reading and nothing is happening but you get a feeling about what is really being said. She has read banana and murakami. I was thinking maybe egg and breast after doing a quick search.She has read so much I don’t want to give her something disappointing
