1. It’s always been a sporadic thing and not an annual one

   The last time they did one was 2019 and that was because they had an insane amount of talent between the two dojos at the time

2. They only do it when there’s enough Young Lions to justify it and a lull in the schedule. They don’t currently have that situation.

3. I think at this point the current YLs are not developed enough to have a tournament like that.

4. It normally happens when they transition from one class to the next. They could have done one around the end of last year if they delayed Fujita and Oiwa’s exursion/still classify them as YLs

   Fujita, Oiwa, Nakashima, Leube, Oleg, Newman, Kato Murashima.

5. Nah it comes and goes but the last two winners died and went to WWE respectively so it’s probably cursed.
