Currently have a teaching position waiting for me, but due to a disagreement/miscommunication after all the Visa/COE paperwork was done, I won’t be working there. Question is, I have this unused visa and COE sitting in my passport, so will it pose any trouble submitting another Visa application after I find a new school to work at? Consulate said to attach an explanation to the application saying why I couldn’t go, but is it really that easy? Of course, I’m applying after the Visa expires in April.
