Hi, so long story short, I lived in Japan for a while but had to leave urgently because of some personal reasons. But now I need to have the need to get the record book from my clinic as I’m suffering from endometriosis and I need the scans. I have friends in Japan, will they be able to retrieve it if I send them my membership card?
P.S. I can ask my friends to talk to clinic directly. The thing is I don’t want to tell them unless I really have to. So if there’s a chance to retrieve it, then only I will talk to them.
