I’m looking for an apartment in a quiet area in Kyoto city.
I’m looking for something along the Hankyu or the JR kyoto / Osaka line.
I’m thinking about areas like Saiin, Nishioji, or the Shimogyo ward (Tambaguchi, shijo, gojo…). I’m mainly looking for something quiet in one of those places. I’ve seen recommendations about further north but that would put me too far from Osaka /Kyoto center.
Maybe night life isn’t such a source of noise, but mostly traffic (big roads near by)?
Any recommendations are most welcome.
