Hey guys I’m having a really hard time right now figuring out if my medication is available in Japan. I take Lamictal XR and Depakote XR to control my epilepsy. I’ve found through the wiki, previous posts as well as lists of authorized medication that both lamictal immediate release and depakote immediate release are available but I’m not sure if their extended release options are available. Does anyone know if there is someone I can email or call to figure out if these medication are available or if anyone here may be taking the medication and confirm its availability. Thank you 🙏.
Edit: Thanks everyone that commented. I was able to confirm that Depakote XR is available in Japan under the name depakene-r. I will make sure to update this post if I can find lamictal XR just in case anyone might find this useful in the future. 🙂
