I am not illegal or a resident and it’s too long to explain the situation, but I am here legally. However I am unable to get my own Japanese CC.
I do have a US CC but I sometimes run into a problem with the verification system and the purchase is rejected despite having more than enough credit available. This especially happens online.
I am looking to switch to an American Express Card as I have heard that it rarely if ever happens. Can anyone let me know if this is true.
