On holiday in Japan from Australia and I am staying in Kobe for a few days. I am planning to go down to Osaka some of those days and am wondering if anyone knows any spots or places to go and see the car culture in Osaka.
There’s a museum I went to a few years back that was really cool. There’s a little café too, but we couldn’t try it because there was a wedding reception there.

Compared to Tokyo, it’s not as large. It exists but you have to know the right people.
AFAIK, there’s sometimes a meet up in America-mura for more of the stance type and nipponbashi for itasha style
Take a ride on the kanjo-sen (urban expressway), see the scrapes on the walls? Those are relics of a bygone era.
