I looked at the ministry of agriculture forestry and fisheries (maff) website and from my understanding phytosanitary certificates and inspections are necessary for plants entering and leaving the country. I’m curious if the procedures are the same for moving plants from Honshu to Okinawa and if there are different documents/ procedures to follow. Thank you in advance.
