Is there anywhere in Tokyo that meets all three criteria
1) Very good coffee and espresso drinks
2) Good breakfast food — not JUST toast, cake and pancakes. Like a full breakfast meal (eggs, bacon/sausage, and pancakes or bagels/bagel sandwiches, etc.)
3) Open EARLY in the morning (before 8AM)?
