Hello everyone,
I am self-employed here in Japan and working for a Japanese company as a contract employee.
I am required to file a US tax return and would like to request an exemption or send proof that I am exempt from paying self-employment taxes.
I have PR in Japan, pay my national pension and health insurance, and income tax is deducted from my salary here in Japan..
