Hi all, my wife and I will be in Japan for the trip of our lifetime (and our long delayed honeymoon). We will in be country for 14 days /13 nights in late March, targeting Sakura season.
Below is our tentative schedule. Where lunch/dinner is not noted, we will be just stopping in wherever we find a good looking spot. Question marks indicate soft ideas.

If it helps at all, I am learning some basic travel Japanese ahead of our trip to make ordering and basic things like that easier without phones. Already through Hiragana and Katakana, and have a decent grasp on ordering and reservations.
