Does anyone have experience with the Land Sale bag for elementary school students? I have several questions about them. Is it called Land Sale because you have to sell your land to buy one? Is it safe to say this is either a scam to fund a certain company forever, or is it another tax like NHK? Is there any alternative to the land sale? Do I have to buy the shelf unit to hold the land sale as well? (probably yes to hold the marriage).
