Hey im browsing oakhouse looking for some kind of social residence. There is one in Ojima that looks really cool, but its almost like the price doesn’t match up with how nice it looks (private room, big social facilities, nice location) for only like 80000-90000円 per month. There is another one in Higashi Koganei, although it is a bit far out IMO. Are these social residences decent, or is it a scam? Can anyone recommend me any other facilities like these? For context I will be in Tokyo for 1 year on a WHV and I just need some decently cheap accommodation within like a reasonable distance of central Tokyo.
