I reserved Shinkansen tickets for my group through the smartEX App for our trip from Kyoto to Yokohama mid February. Initially when I was making the reservations I thought our starting point was the Shin-Osaka station, but now it just says Kyoto->Shin Yokohama on the ticket. How can I see which station is our departure??
