I lost my wallet in Korea. I can cancel all of my cards via App, except for the one and only Stone Age bank I have: JP Post.
I had a Korean do the searching for me, it is a liability even if stolen abroad. I transferred the money out but I still want to cancel it before my flight to Japan.
We all know how it goes when trying to call Japanese services… there will be a bureaucratic hurdle and we won’t understand each other.
Does anyone know how to cancel remotely? Via website? Via app?
