8-Day Tokyo Itinerary Check!

Hello! Just wanted to get our itinerary checked. My partner and I will be mostly travelling together in Tokyo. For context, I have some business to attend to with for 3 days. Because of this, my partner and I decided to extend the trip to 8 days to make the most out of it. We’re gonna be staying in Ikebukuro.

Just wanted to get our itinerary checked if all of these are attainable and reasonable. Suggestions are highly appreciated! (Note that there are some empty items to maintain privacy)

  1. You can probably throw most of these times out the window; they hardly ever pan out that way.

Day 7 looks like it’s timed on how long it takes to get to each of those spots and doesn’t count any time actually looking around. That does also mean literally half your day is spent on a train or a bus. The outlet stop is way out there. 3 hours away from Shinjuku. There has to be a better way from Ikebukuro to go where you’re going and not cross the city to Ueno.

Day 8 Kaminarimon is the gate that is in front of Nakamise-dori leading up to Senso-ji Temple. They’re like 3 minutes apart, not 3 hours apart.
