Squid “noodles” with sea urchin and truffle sauce at Sushi Zo West LA


I actually kinda disliked the first 2-3 bites. Then it suddenly transformed into one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Overall, that omakase experience was fantastic. My first time eating at a Michelin starred restaurant.
