Hi, I currently live in Tokyo and I am a Japanese citizen. Can speak english fluently but not so much Japanese (went to school and grew up abroad). I am planning to move to Naha, Okinawa after I save up and was thinking of maybe getting a job in base given the language barrier. Was wondering if base hires people who are locals or are job opportunities only open for military spouses? Or any other options for jobs? Thanks!
