This is a long shot, but I thought I’d ask….
I live in Arizona, USA. A friend recently visited Kyoto and saw the environmental art of Mifusa Akase, which was on display above retail stores. I cannot find her online (she was born in 1981) or a representative. We do not speak Japanese. Can anyone help us reach her?
