Hello all!

Has anybody had experience dealing with Atinn Japan in the past? [https://atinn.jp/](https://atinn.jp/) I’m looking for apartments with them, but would like to hear anybody’s experience with them before moving forward.

**Atinn Japan experience**
Hello all!

I stayed in one of their suites for a month after moving here last year. It was great, it was furnished nicely albeit with pretty basic stuff. Their staff had great English (I only interacted over email though), and I was able to pay in advance with my foreign credit card. You get the key from a lockbox at their office and drop it off in your suite’s mailbox after so it’s zero contact and easy.
Stayed in one of their apartments for a business trip at the end of 2022 for about two and a half months.
(Side note: did all of the interaction with them in Japanese.)
Overall it was a nice experience. Almost everything was manageable through their website. Lots of things (even retroactively adding a second tenant for part of the duration of the stay) through dedicated functions on the site, everything else though the chat with them, and only once when the A/C stopped working there was a bit of phone calling to arrange when a service technician could come by (who actually had to swap some parts of the A/C that had died).
The apartment itself had everything I needed, was in a more or less convenient location, and as others said the whole process is done without any direct human contact from start to finish.
Bottom line: would use their services again.
