Yuzu tantanmen

Yuzu tantanmen! Bright, tangy, hot, and numbing. Sansho pepper is has a citrusy, perfumy flavor that is delicious with yuzu peel. The tingly sensation it sets off is crazy with the heat from my chili oil and yuzu kosho. No subtle flavors here—this was pretty intense!
