Going to do a quick ski trip from February 12-15. From researching I’m on the fence between Madarao and shiga kogen. Both look awsome but I read that shiga kogen has “no soul” and that madarao might not have the best snow. Really want to get some good powder and also love tree runs which made madarao seem like a good option. Not necessarily looking for the hardest trails if that sacrifices snow quality. Any thoughts?
