Hey y’all,
Long story short, there’s a bill with softbank I couldn’t pay for 6 months since I changed addresses a lot during that period and didn’t receive the bill slip until it was too late. Tried to pay it at a convenience store, but it didn’t work. Went to the store to talk about it, and now they want to cancel my contract and have me send them back the wifi port at my expense. I get that it’s because of the late bill, but the late payments aren’t my fault and they didn’t say anything about it until now.
I need internet in the house. What do I need to do now? Please help!
