I lived in a ward in Tokyo. I had to move unexpectedly and received a bunch of bills to pay for insurance and 1 for a refund because I apparantly overpaid something else. I sent them a letter that I moved with my credit card info, they GAVE me the refund but I dont think they deducted the amount I had to pay. I received no information from them since then.
Ive have moved to a different place now but I have to renew my VISA soon.
Is there a chance that I have some unpaid stuff open that will make them deny the VISA?
Its not that i dont want to pay, I would if they asked me to but theres been no contact, I cant email them and my japanese is not good enough to understand a phone conversation over such a topic.
