Hello!
We are travelling to Japan for our honeymoon later this year with my partner (August – September, for about 3 weeks) and are looking for some advice to validate our final itinerary. Any help would be appreciated!
We are mostly looking to understand if the itinerary we are thinking of doing seem feasible and if anyone would recommend to shift any places / dates around, spend more time in specific places, get rid of others, etc.
The biggest question marks at this stage are the following:

1. For our first leg in Tokyo, is Shinjuku a good area to stay?
2. We are really keen to visit Kyushu region, but wondering if Nagasaki is a good choice or if we should spend more time in Fukuoka or another place less far out?
3. I’ve used the 12th Sept as a day where we could visit the Mt Fuji area, however I’m wondering if I should shift it to do it on the way to Kyoto instead?
4. For our second leg in Tokyo, any recommendation on where to stay? I was thinking Shibuya or Tokyo Station potentially.
Thanks a lot for any input!
