I’m foreigner, I’m verified regular user in my home country. can I still use binance P2P with Line Pay payment?

Reason to use Binance :
1. I tried to open bitFlyer they rejected me, applied again; blocked my email
2. crypto fee on rakuten wallet, line bitmax is higher.
3. On binance I can buy many altcoin. Low fee.
I plan to invest 500000¥ by (20000¥/ month & extra during bonus.) 2024 end. These payments will be Linepay P2P.
Is it right thing to do? I’ll pay tax accordingly.
