I’m in Tokyo and was planning to head to Kyoto in a week or two to see the peak fall colors. I’ve been tracking the forecasts for some time, and most websites suggested peak colors this year would be at the very end of November/early December.
However, I was just reading https://kyoto.travel/en/autumnleaves/ and it seems like they are saying the peak has already arrived.
Could someone in Kyoto provide some insight? Are the colors already peaking?
