That being over buying Genki books. I can read most basic japanese somewhat quickly. I also know a huge ammount of grammar and kanjis.
Thing is, I feel a bit stuck; sometimes I get stuck while reading, and I feel like my vocabulary isn’t growing either. I’m a fluent bilingual Eng/Spa speaker, and even as I write, read, and understand spoken japanese (to a basic level), I can’t bring myself to express even a single sentence or my mind gets blocked trying to find the words I need and sometimed I don’t even find them and have to look them up.
Just in case, I’m self taught, been for months, and am considering buying this book. If recommended, which one? I’ve seen many “editions” or weird stuff.
