I have my own remote company and am planning to obtain a Student Visa in Japan. My plan is to reduce the my contract to 28 hours per week, however my income might still be too big for a Student Visa as I’ll be earning around 1 million yen per month.
This might raise some flags, is there a good solution here? I can update my work contract and I do not need to work more than 28 hours.
As for tax my country has a double agreement, I will only pay taxes in Japan.
Any suggestion here?
