Hi,
so, I’m having a tiny-wee-bit of a huge issue with PayPal Japan.
I received an email saying “Verify your account info. In compliance with FSA guidelines, we’re required to review your account info regularly. Verify your info by February 18, 2024 to continue using your account. If you don’t complete this, you won’t be able to use the following account features: Send money Withdraw money”
Problem : I **can’t** login.
I have my login info and password but, when trying to login, the system says it needs to call me and send a code to verity it’s really me trying to access the account.
Problem : My phone number changed (less that 2 weeks ago) and I can’t receive their phone call. I would need to be able to login to update the phone number so that they can call me to send the code I need to login.
Vicious circle clusterf\*\*k.
I checked PayPal’s website but… you need to login to send them a message or get info such as their phone number. >\_<
Anyone knows how I could contact PayPal Japan?
There’s like Â¥200 on the account so no big loss. I just hardly believe I’ll be able to create a new account so better try to maintain the old one.
Really, any help is more than welcome.
