Can someone explain this image?
I have a 150cc, honda sh 150i. Am I not allowed to drive on the highway with it in Tokyo?
This first paper shows a picture with 2 persons, but is not mentioning any cc specially. So all bikes of any kind are forbidden on the red lines?
This other paper says not allowed under 125.
