Honeymoon itinerary check!

So my wife and I are going to have a delayed honeymoon April 2-16 and are planning on a pretty typical trip with a couple extra stops. In addition to wanting to see the main sights, I am a big music nerd and my wife is a chef, so we intend to add stops based on our interests. I’m mainly concerned about packing too much into one day, and being sure to leave time to explore the areas we visit. We have decided to bring a carry on suitcase and backpack each and purchase a large suitcase at the end to check and bring back souvenirs. Any advice is greatly appreciated! All our hotels are centrally located or right by stations.
