I’m going to be in Tokyo for one month in April, and metro residences seemed to have the best options for what I need. But when I go to pay there is a 100% security deposit ?
Does anyone have any experience with this ?
Do they give your security deposit back usually ?
I’ve been to Tokyo a few times before and I used to stay in air bnbs , but the prices are crazy these days. so this is my first time using a monthly rental.
