Assessing property purchase while I am in Japan

Hi, I am 34yo M. holding a PR since 2022 and I am planning to leave Japan for Europe at the end of this year.
While I am renting my current place with my partner, I am considering to purchase a smaller place (35~40 sqm) before leaving.
Ideally we would use this place every time we come visiting Japan (1-2 times a year) and the rest of the time rent it out fully furnished on monthly basis only.

I am still verifying with real estator if such plan can be purchase under 住宅ローン/main property (35y flat) loan but from your experience, how difficult is it to rent out a place on a monthly basis? What are the challenges (e.g. insurance damages, handover of the key, platform to advertise it and find people to rent it, etc)

So the whole goal is to 1/ own a smaller place useful when we visit Japan, 2/ offset as much as possible the monthly cost when I am not using it by renting it out 3/eventually use it later on for kids or sell it back after a couple of years (5-10y).
